Alyssa’s Letter to Santa

Alyssa stared down at the blank page in front of her. It was that time of year again and though she was an adult, she and her sister still wrote letters to Santa. These days their letters were no longer requests for Barbie dolls and tutu’s. They were now asking for grown women things. Each year, for the past three years, she’d asked for Mr. Right.

This year she planned to be more specific. Apparently, asking for Mr. Right didn’t narrow the search down much. Over the years she’d encountered, Mr. Right-for-tonight, Mr. Right-here-and-now-even-though-I-barely-know-you and let’s not forget, Mr. Right-now-before-my-girlfriend-gets-back.

Ugh, Alyssa grabbed her notepad and pen and stood up. She slipped her slippers on and padded across her bedroom to stand in front of her desk. She stared down at her laptop, which contained all of her juicy diary entries. Pulling her chair out, she sat down and logged on to her computer. This year she would get it right. She would send Santa a detailed letter, describing exactly what she was looking for in a man.

As Alyssa typed her password, the image of her very sexy boss, Devin Jordan, floated through her mind. She pushed aside all thoughts of him.  Her boss was off limits – why couldn’t her overactive imagination remember that. Alyssa opened up her file titled – Fantasy Diary, and smiled.

All she had to do was read over some of her fantasies to come up with a list of things she wanted in a man. After she was done, she’d share the list with her sisters, then together they would put their letters to Santa in a bottle and release it in the Gulf of Mexico, a tradition that their mother started when they were kids.

If only mama could read what they were asking for these days. Alyssa skimmed through her fantasy entries. A small smile crept on her face as she read entry after entry. Finally, after reading through about ten entries, she knew exactly what she wanted to write to Santa this year.

Dear Santa.
It’s me again, Alyssa, the youngest of the Blakely sisters. Last year, I asked you for Mr. Right. I asked for the same thing the year before that and the year before that. Apparently, you have an odd sense of humor, because each guy you sent me was wrong….Mr. So Wrong.
So this year, I plan to describe in vivid detail exactly what I want. Let’s start with physical appearance. I love a man with blue eyes and blond hair, sort of like my boss, Devin Jordan. Oh, and I love a man who works out. Nice physique is a must, once again, sort of like my boss, Devin. I want him to be kind and understanding. I would like for him to be someone my family would adore.
Oh, and can he please have all of his teeth. That may sound crazy, but I have met some pretty strange men over the years. Also, can he please, pretty please, be just as attracted to me and I am to him. Oh and he needs to be hard working, there is nothing I hate more than a lazy man. Now that I have gotten the basics out the way, it’s time to get to the good stuff.
I want a man who is great in bed, yes, I said great and not good. I want someone who can make me have an orgasm, just as easily as he makes me smile. I want a man who knows what he wants and can quickly learn what I want. I want a man with a great smile and sexy lips, because, you know what they say about a man with sexy lips…… well, maybe you don’t and it would inappropriate of me to explain it to you.-
Alyssa put her pen down and leaned back in her chair. Karma was a fickle creature. She could sit here and write until her hand ached and she still may not receive the type of man she wanted. It was time for her to put her big girl panties on and ask for what she really wanted.
-Santa, yes I want everything I just described. But I can sum all of those details up by simply saying….I want my boss, Devin Jordan. He’s sexy, kind, understanding. He also has this dark and mysterious side to him that I love. I would be so very grateful if you could make this one Christmas wish come true; may I please have Devin.-

Alyssa signed her initials to the letter and folded it in half. She left the letter on the desk, got up and walked over to her bed. Her black cat, Vixen, ran into the room and jumped on top of the sheets, snuggling under the covers. Alyssa stepped out of her house shoes before sliding under the covers. Staring up at her ceiling she smiled. She’d done her part, now it was time for Santa to deliver the man of her dreams to her….Devin Jordan.

That night her dreams were filled with erotic images of her and Devin; juicy details she would enter into her Fantasy Diary come morning. There was one in particular, that involved her and Devin playing on Santa’s sleigh. She sat with her back against the plush red cushions of Santa’s ride while Devin knelt between her legs and…well; you know what they say about a man with sexy lips.

Have a very Merry Christmas.

One bite was all it took.
It’s that time of year again. Alyssa Blakely is busy writing in her fantasy diary, filling it with all her forbidden, sexual fantasies. The star: her very sexy boss, Devin Jordan. Too bad for her, he’s never given her a second glance.
Or so she thought.
After a steamy kiss under the mistletoe and a night of wild sex, Alyssa has the bite to prove just how wrong she was.
Devin Jordan has found his mate. The only problem: she’s human. He’s not. Can he prove to her that his inner beast can be both naughty and nice? Or will her fear of the unknown keep him from claiming her?

Devin turned and placed his back against the window. He stared at the door that separated him from the woman he desired. A piece of metal and space was all that separated his body from hers. It would only take a couple of strides for him to reach the door.
One pull on the door knob and he could send it flying across the room. Then he would be face to face with the one woman in this world that made him wish he wasn’t a beast with a conscience. If he had no conscience, he would take her, now, against his desk, against her desk, against the wall, on every damn hard surface in this building.
He would make sure she enjoyed it. He would make sure he pleased her so thoroughly that she wouldn’t even think of leaving him, even when she found out that he was not the man he pretended to be. Devin sighed, but that would never happen. Because though he was a beast, he did indeed have a conscience
That conscience kept her safe from him…for now.[/TOGGLE]

 About Siren Allen

Hi, my name is Siren Allen. I’m a writer and lover of all things erotic and romantic. I reside in southern Mississippi where I write steamy romances that are guaranteed to make you blush. When I’m not listening to the characters in my head and jotting down their adventures, I am busy working as a Clinical Laboratory Technician.

I love to travel, preferably with my husband, so he can do all of the driving. I enjoy time with my family, who are just as silly as I am. I have no children yet, wish me luck! My hobbies are reading, writing and shopping, though I hate trying on clothing. If I wasn’t a writer or a Laboratory Professional, I would probably be a Secret Agent. But that’s the beauty of being a writer; you can create your own world and be whoever you want to be. In my imaginary world, I am Queen and my siblings are my minions.

I coexist with my husband of 15 years, our 11-year-old son and two chilled cats in the Deep South.

After 17 years I've finally finished my BA in English (no I do not want to be a teacher). Before majoring in English I would not have touched anything labeled "classic", but I have enjoyed a few along the way in my college career.

While I hated to read growing up, I am now an avid book reader and audiobook listener. I love rejecting reality one book at a time. I only read fiction within my favorite (at least to date) genres which include: most romance (paranormal, contemporary, D/s, BDSM, M/M)Urban Fantasy, and a few YA (mostly PNR or UF from favorite adult authors, but I'm slowly stepping out of my comfort zone after enjoying a few contemporary YA novels in adolescent literature class I took).
