The Book Nympho and Rabid Reads are bringing STOMP VS ROMP back for a THIRD year and after much whining from Carmel about last year (we switches teams) The Book Nympho is back on TEAM ROMP and Rabid Reads is back on TEAM STOMP.
The theme is action scenes vs sexy scenes in *paranormal fiction. And since Carmel whined so much about us switching last year (LOL). The Book Nympho is back on TEAM ROMP (Paranormal Romance) and Rabid Reads is TEAM STOMP (Urban Fantasy).
There will be author guest posts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in August telling us why their team is better than the other. Guest posts will be character based, interviews and more.
Readers will be able to vote on which team they think deserves to win that day’s duel. And at the end of the month long event we’ll see which has the most votes, TEAM ROMP or TEAM STOMP. So far each year it’s been a TIE at the end of the event showing that readers enjoy both sexy and action in their fiction.
STOMP VS ROMP is a fun event celebrating the end of summer by spotlighting summer releases. It’s all done in good fun and everyone is a winner.
*TEAM ROMP will not be limited to just Paranormal Romance this year. ALL Romances are part of TEAM ROMP.

After 17 years I've finally finished my BA in English (no I do not want to be a teacher). Before majoring in English I would not have touched anything labeled "classic", but I have enjoyed a few along the way in my college career.
While I hated to read growing up, I am now an avid book reader and audiobook listener. I love rejecting reality one book at a time. I only read fiction within my favorite (at least to date) genres which include: most romance (paranormal, contemporary, D/s, BDSM, M/M)Urban Fantasy, and a few YA (mostly PNR or UF from favorite adult authors, but I'm slowly stepping out of my comfort zone after enjoying a few contemporary YA novels in adolescent literature class I took).
