Emily Allard-Smith enjoys running her tiny bed and breakfast in quiet Bluebonnet, Texas. The only problem? It’s haunted, and she’s got no one to call when things go bump in the night.

Enter Jericho Lozada. He’s tall, sexy, mohawked, and good with his hands. He’s also not scared of Em’s ghost. And just when Em decides that she needs a man in her life with lots and lots of tattoos…her ex shows up again.

Now Emily has to figure out if she wants to keep a hold on the ghosts of her past…or look into a future with Jericho. But does Jericho even want a future with her?

This novella contains a Harley, a hero with a mohawk, and not a single paranormal event. Promise!

Read It, Track It is a way for me to track books for my reading challenges and they will be super short.

After being introduced to Jericho and Emily in The Virgin’s Guide to Misbehaving, I was excited to get the full story on the couple.

The Bad Boy of Bluebonnet is a sweet and sexy romance between a drifter and small town divorcee that loves to bake and needs a little fun with a bad boy.

About Jessica Clare

Jessica Clare is a New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author who writes under three different names. As Jill Myles, she writes a little bit of everything, from sexy, comedic urban fantasy to zombie fairy tales. As Jessica Clare, she writes erotic contemporary romance.

She also has a third pen name (because why stop at two?). As Jessica Sims, she writes fun, sexy shifter paranormals. She lives in Texas with her husband, cats, and too many dust-bunnies. Jill spends her time writing, reading, writing, playing video games, and doing even more writing.

THE VIRGIN’S GUIDE TO MISBEHAVING is my favorite in Jessica Clare’s Bluebonnet series! Now with that being said I have to say one negative thing about it. Squirter, that’s right our virgin heroine is a squirter and we had to hear about it. Eew! Some of you might thing the negative part about the book would be that we had a virgin heroine and I normally would be right there with you. But Elise’s story is a believable one. She’s 24 and very shy. The bullying and cruelty she suffered during her childhood has left deep emotional scars keeping her from wanting to get out there in the dating world. Until she meets the new tattooed up sexy guy in town. Rome might look like bad […]

Read It, Track It is a way for me to track books for my reading challenges and they will be super short.   A small town version of Pretty Woman but instead of the heroine being a hooker, she’s an out of work teacher. And the small town guy turned billionaire is not paying for her bedroom services but her abilities as a pig nanny. That’s right, I said pig. THE BILLIONAIRE OF BLUEBONNET was a fast and sexy side story set in the Bluebonnet series by Jessica Clare.

THE EXPERT’S GUIDE TO DRIVING A MAN WILD is my favorite book to date in the Bluebonnet series by Jessica Clare. I started the audio late on a Friday afternoon at work and I continued to listen to it late into the night at home which I don’t normally do. I usually save my audiobooks for the car, work and walking unless I have less than an hour or so left or if it’s a really good story. So why is Brenna and Grant’s story my favorite? Opposites attract! I loved seeing the carefree and messy Brenna get the up-tight, always organized Grant dirty. And boy did she get him dirty. Who knew that Grant was going to be a sexy dirty talker in the […]

The Care and Feeding of an Alpha Male by Jessica Clare

Yes! I totally enjoyed THE CARE AND FEEDING OF AN ALPHA MALE more that book 1, THE GIRL’S GUIDE TO (MAN) HUNTING. I do believe it was the difference in the couples. Beth Ann and Colt knew each other in high school. Beth Ann was the popular cheerleading type while Colt was labeled as white trash because of his home life. Years later the two meet again and they can’t keep their lust for each other under control. Colt still has a clip on his shoulder about how the town sees him and his family. He left Bluebonnet to make something out of him and to put distance between him and his family. But some of the citizens in Bluebonnet still see him as white […]

WOW This is not the fun light listen I thought it would be. It was much dirtier. I can see why this series is labeled Erotic Contemporary Romance on Jessica Clare’s website. When some people see Erotic they think the book will have kinks in it or BDSM. That’s not true. I think of Erotic as a romance that has often and detailed sex scenes. That’s what THE GIRL’S GUIDE TO (MAN) HUNTING is. There’s a lot of detailed sex scenes. Which I generally like but I found there was more sex than plot. Miranda and Dane is sexing it all up in the woods for about a week. I found myself speeding up the audiobook through a few of the sex scenes. Speaking of the […]
